Prior to joining VSO, Mr. Arkell interned with Battelle, working with the Technology and Monitoring team in their Carbon Capture division. James is a 2024 graduate of Texas Tech University (Magna Cum Laude) with a B.S. Degree in Petroleum Engineering. James has spent a semester studying abroad in Rome, Italy. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum engineers (SPE)
